At Precision Spa Repair, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our repair services, parts, chemicals, and accessories. Our refund and return policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to our valued customers. Please carefully review the following policy:
1. Parts Return Policy:
a. Defective or Incorrect Parts: In the event that you receive defective or incorrect parts, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will promptly replace the part at no additional cost to you.
b. Unused and Unopened Parts: Should you wish to return unused and unopened parts, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
c. Used or Installed Parts: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for parts that have been installed or used. Please ensure the compatibility and condition of the part before installation.
2. Chemicals and Accessories Return Policy
:a. Unopened and Unused Items: Unused and unopened chemicals and accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
b. Opened or Used Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used chemicals and accessories. Please inspect items upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations.
3. Services Refund Policy
:a. Labor Charges: Labor charges for our hot tub repair services are non-refundable. This includes diagnosis, installation, maintenance, and any other labor-related charges.
b. Service Satisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us within [X] days of service completion. We will work closely with you to address your concerns and, if necessary, schedule a follow-up service at no additional charge.
4. General Policies
:a. Return Authorization: Prior to returning any item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
b. Condition of Returns: All returned items must be in their original packaging, in new and resalable condition. Items that show signs of use or installation will not be eligible for return.
c. Refund Processing Time: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5 business days from the date of receiving the returned item.
d. Cancellation of Services: If you wish to cancel a scheduled service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
